Payments

Payment for anything made in the "shop" department of the webpage will be taken via our payment system: PayPal

If you are paying for an individual lesson then payment is required immediately after session has taken place

Weather Policy

Sessions will only be made up when any more than one session has been lost to poor weather conditions. The coach will usually notify you via text/email.

Make Up Sessions

If any sessions are due to be made up then it is at the coach's discretion as to when these are made up (for example - half-term week/end of term.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made via email/text at least 24 hours before for an indivdual lesson and 3 days for any other service we offer otherwise you forfeit a refund.

Miscellaneous

• Please book promptly to the coaching programme to avoid disappointment - as spaces can be limited.
• Sessions will only go ahead if numbers allow - this is why we need your prompt booking
• Payment is required in full before your first session
• Rackets will be supplied for those that don't have one (Juniors only)
